Its has become very clear to me why the 1918 pandemic was followed by the roaring 20s & why people were dressing up to go just about anywhere
My heart breaks deeper with every passing year. β€οΈβπ©Ή Prayers and blessings to those who mourn. #NeverForget
Happy Election Day, NYC! Letβs go @JustinBrannan! πΊπΈπ½
The wealth gap in πΊπΈ this week:
- millionaires vacationing in space
- corporations dumping millions on influencers at Coachella
- president wastes tens of millions of taxpayer $$ to see a UFC fight
- white house ecstatic to see fed employees lose their jobs and healthcare
I have no one to discuss the Matt and Rachel breakup with. Wake up #BachelorNation! #TheBachelor
honestly it's refreshing to see andy cohen and anderson cooper drinking again #cnnnye
This is easily one of the best voter resources I've seen this cycle: @boltsmag's cheat sheet of hundreds of local races (and why they matter!). From senate to school boards, state supreme court, and every state that is selecting its elections chief. boltsmag.org/whats-on-the-baβ¦

Mourning the victims of October 7th - the families, the elders, the children taken from us by Hamas' brutal attack. The hostages still in Gaza, and their families, who have desperately campaigned for their freedom over this terrible year. The innocents killed in Gaza as the bombs began to fall the same day.
Every precious soul killed a year ago today deserved better. Every Israeli and every Palestinian does. We need to fight for the world in which they all have the safety and dignity they deserve.

In remembrance of one of the darkest days in our history, we fill the space with light. Tribute in Light honors the people who died on September 11th, and the many ways people pulled together in the aftermath.
the babies being killed after birth are the ones dying by guns in schools at the hands of the Trump and the GOP #Debate2024
Itβs the most wonderful time of the year πΎπ₯π½ #USOpen #usopen2024
Today, on my first day off in 2024. In the middle of the ocean in Aruba, an old man paddles up to me and smiles, then says, βwe need to bring the pledge of allegiance back in schools!!β
Sir?!
The "interview" was an absolute disgrace but I'd argue that Black voters actually *need* to see this. The leader of the Republican party has never respected Black women or journalists and he used #NABJ24 to double down on that.
