I couldn’t come to Howard County without seeing WWII vet Vivian “Millie” Bailey after she came to Annapolis to visit me. It was great to see her at the park dedicated in her name and learn more about the county’s plans for the future Howard County Veterans Monument.

Sufficient access to testing is a critical factor in being able to safely reopen our economy, but MD has lagged behind other states in testing. Tomorrow, @BaltCoGov will offer drive-through COVID-19 testing at the State Fairgrounds testing site without requiring an appointment.
