Jessops Construction

Proud to have supported the erection of the 29-metre Bomber Command monument at Norton Disney — a striking new ‘Gateway to Lincolnshire’ visible from the A46.

We continue to support @LNAACT and this week we joined in with the Hello to Yellow campaign. Everyone at our Newark office wore something yellow. We had breakfast and cake to raise some funds and the construction helmets were a extra touch of yellow!!! #charity #loveconstruction

In honour of International Women's Day tomorrow we are celebrating our Jessops Ladies! Perhaps it isn't difficult to be over the Industry average when you have such small workforce but we're proud to be surpassing it. #WomenInConstruction #InternationalWomensDay

Merry Christmas from everyone at Jessops Construction

Various members of our office and site staff spent a day with the Canal & River Trust in Nottingham clearing the canal and tow paths of litter and pennywort. Great giving back to the community & doing our bit for the environment! #EnvironmentalImpact #CommunityFirst #Build

We are proud to be a Considerate Constructor Partner - caring for the community & environment. We recently donated plants & time & renovated planters for Canal & River Trust near the British Waterways Building, Nottingham. @ccsbestpractice @CanalRiverTrust #keepcanalsalive

We were lucky to host The Lighthouse Charity's 'Make It Visible' Tour today at our Castle Wharf site. They raise awareness, provide confidential emotional, physical & financial wellbeing support to Construction workers. #makeitvisible #valuetheworkforce @ccsbestpractice

Kelly & Emma presented a cheque for £1238.80 today @LNAACT .The charitable funds were raised from various events at our Newark Office & Sheffield Site. The ambucopter carries blood & this donation would cover 2 blood transfusions-so every little helps! #givingback #construction

We are pleased to share that we achieved Practical Completion on our Velocity Project in Sheffield this week. Well done to all involved!

Congratulations to our Project Manager Darren Chiumento, who has now worked at Jessops Construction for TWENTY years!!! #CareerDevelopment #construction

Training & continuous improvement is paramount to us at Jessops. We are proud of our Site Team for recently completing Temp Works & Fall Protection & Congrats to Andy for achieving 100% on his SMSTS!! #Training #CITB

A shout out to all women in construction on International Women's Day! #WomenInConstruction

Work continues at Castle Wharf & progressing well. Great photo to the south of the building showing the cradles in action for the window redecoration & masonry repairs! #Construction #iconicbuildings

We are excited to share that we have started our latest project this week. Bringing an iconic Nottingham Building back to life! #loveconstruction

JCL office staff have been enjoying the fab weather and are continuing to raise money for our charity of the year with a Wear Something Green or Yellow, Summer BBQ. Great fun and lovely food! @LNAACT

We would like to wish one of Jessops’ long-standing employees, Paul MacCallum a very happy 60th Birthday!!!

A fab afternoon at 'Meet The Crew' at Lincs & Notts Air Ambulance. Great to have insight in to their operations & exciting to witness a live response to an emergency. Sombre that someone was critical enough to need them but humbling that our donations really do matter! @LNAACT

Lovely photos of the Battle of Britain Memorial flight flying over the frame where a replica Lancaster Bomber will hopefully soon be positioned. @Bombergateway #Construction
