Sig and Paul at @FitManage. Dairy Crest and @SaputoInc . To all at @BritishRowing , @PaulStannardRow , @uk_sport @TeamGB @TNLUK and the truly amazing support staff at Caversham. And finally to all my @WorldRowing opposition during my career - it’s been one hell of a ride! 4/5
There’s never a dull moment... However, pleased to report that I’m back fighting fit and training going well.

Unfortunately both my bikes - road bike and hard tail were stolen from my shed last night. If seen, please let me know! Everyone stay super vigilant and safe during this time.
