This looks like the team I built. After peaking at rank 45 in last season with this team, I recently shared it in Sejun Park's community.
It's a super Bo1 team, and while the current meta isn't the best for using it, it's a lot of fun.
Faced someone on Champions (2000+ rating) using Staraptor Whimsicott Ttar Excadrill Zard Sylveon. Their lead was Staraptor + Whim and turn 1 they did Final Gambit (non mega) + Trick Room. They brought Ttar turn 2 and mega'd. After Whimsicott was KO'd, they brought Excadrill (in sand) and I was so confused. Turns out the Excadrill was Sand Force and had Iron Ball 🙃
