Years and years before the internet, my mom would mail me an envelope of articles each month she had clipped from the newspaper along with some added commentary. Just in case you thought this Social Media thing was a recent phenomenon.

Hey @ARMLS is flexmls down or buggy? Can log on and navigate a bit but when trying to do searches it just spins without returning results on both my mac and PC at home

Ho Ho Ho @CoxComm. At this point we’ll all be asking for a full month’s credit. Ridiculous. And we know the estimated time of repair will push back and back and back as it has for the LAST THREE WEEKS. No TV, no music for my XMAS eve dinner party. Neat.

Yo @ArizonaDOT you might want to check Google Maps as it’s showing NB 17 closed between Black Canyon & Sunset Point, which I assume is a misread of the new - but unopened - flex lane. Anyone heading north would like the reassurance that things are open :)
