Me and Tim reported this yesterday for the Kyiv Independent. Our story was later re-reported in the Washington Post and now has been confirmed by Zelensky himself.
A Russian jet-powered drone struck the park in Nova Vodolaha, Kharkiv, killing two women and a one year old baby.
Ukrainian interceptor drones - which Ukraine uses to combat jet-powered drones - are currently significantly less effective due to deliberate throttling by the U.S. government/SpaceX.
Three children are now confirmed killed in the Russian jet-powered drone strike on the park in Nova Vodolaha, Kharkiv Oblast.
If Ukraine's interceptor drones had been working normally, there is a chance these children would still be alive.

🚨 NEW: U.S. Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth has yet to approve the transfer of a "significant" batch of Patriot interceptors for Ukraine, sources say.

.@sandylancely. Millions of Ukrainians have fled the country. Others are in hiding to avoid army press gangs. Others are maimed by the fighting. Most try to struggle by amid the destruction and corruption. There are no elections and media are unfree. I wouldn't presume that there's huge support for carrying on forever, as you desire from a safe distance. Zelensky was elected ona programme of peace.
