Me waiting for @bhx_official to respond to my complaint... almost 3 months passed and not a peep. Top service. @easyJet maintaining their position that the "airport was running as normal" so no compensation from them either #lies
It's been a month since we missed our flight due to chaos at Birmingham Airport security (whilst travelling with an 8 month old baby). We're £1.5k out of pocket and still no response from either @bhx_official or @easyJet. Will not be using either again. Embarrassing
Absolute shambles at @bhx_official today. Missed flight due to chaos going through security. Travelling with a young baby. £850 spent on hotel, new flights, new transfers etc. Staff unhelpful. @easyJet didn't want to know. Will lose 2 days of our 7 holiday. Unacceptable!!!

Used @StarlingBank for business banking because it was free. Don't bother, it's free for a reason. Due to their uninformed staff, I have lost £1,150. Bank with them at your own risk. Lots of friendly people over the phone, but all over-promising and under-delivering. #poorform

#bbcworldcup Why is biting considered so much worse than a punch/kick/elbow? I'm not condoning Suarez's actions, but why is it worse?
#bbcworldcup The tooth of the matter is,Suarez is a bit of an enamel.Colgate what you want,he's going to struggle to fight plaque from this.
