The 49ers have signed DT Naquan Jones off the Vikings practice squad. That means the Niners are adding him to the 53-man roster. The 49ers run defense has missed Alfred Collins, so this is a move to help out the run d. Jones played at Michigan State and has played 60 games with eight starts with the Titans, Cardinals, Chargers and Texans. Run stuffing, big body in the middle. He can play NT and DT. #49ers
