25 years later, we remember and honor the lives that were lost on September 11, 2001.

Welles Crowther, a former Boston College lacrosse player who had a trademark red bandana, was working in New York on Sept. 11, 2001.
This is the story of how he led people to safety after terrorists struck the World Trade Center.
Kstate Nation, one of our own needs our help. @DScottFritchen has been an integral part of telling the stories of @kstatesports for longer than I can remember, and he is now going through a scary time. But scary time can be made easier when supported by good people. #emaw
I spoke to @DScottFritchen’s brother this morning. Surgery went well and he will be in KC for recovery about 7 days. Great News!! Here is the link if people want to help. gofundme.com/f/support-d-sco…
Could the @NCAA not just vacate any wins Texas Tech was while Sorsby plays?
Or would a judge over turn that too?

The guy squirting water into Zach Ertz’s mouth is Joe O’Pella. He’s an athletic trainer that’s been with the team for over 15 years at this point.
NFL teams don’t really have water boys, athletic trainers are usually the ones responsible for having water on the practice field and during games, but this post is absolutely hilarious.
A guy who rehabbed my ACL tear in my second year, has a masters degree from Pitt, and has years of experience keeping Eagles players healthy and on the field being called a “Waterboy” is crazy, and I’m already giving him shit for it, but good lord this post is so wildly misleading.
Either way, thought I’d clear the air, that the people with Water Bottles during games actually serve much bigger roles on NFL Teams.
Wow: NFL waterboys earn over 3 THOUSAND dollars per game, which averages out to more than $50K per season, not including tips.
Waterboys also attend practices, handle locker room prep, and travel with the team.
What a fantastic job to have 💸📈

Im all for college football student athletes doing what is in their best interests, but I hope more young men see that sometimes their best opportunities are right in front of them, where they already are.
Chris did this the right way, the hard way. Proud is an understatement

Looking for PT/AT who wants to work in high level football. One negative is they would have to work with me every day.
But seriously, really excited for what this position will mean to our Staff and Student Athletes.

So in this crazy business we are in at times I have to wonder why I still do it. Then you get an invite from one of your athletes to come watch her in this prestigious amateur and it reminds me of the Why.
