The government is referring to Ilhan Omar as “Ilhan Nur Said Elmi, a/k/a Ilhan Abdullahi Omar” in their latest filing.
The government is also claiming they’re still NOT done with fully executing the warrant.
The government is proposing a unified November 9, 2026 deadline for all responses.
The applicants oppose the requested extension, and the motion was filed today.

Steve Crowder is SUING CNN and Jubilee over his “Change My Mind” trademark that was used during the James Talarico debate.
The lawsuit says LWC ASSETS IP, LLC, "owns all rights in the Change My Mind."
Crowder tells me, “When you run out of any original ideas, you can’t just rip one off from the people you’ve attempted to silence for decades.”
Both CNN and Jubilee DID NOT respond to my requests for comment.
