πΏ Medical cannabis is not a one-size-fits-all conversation.
Two products can contain cannabis-derived compounds but still produce very different experiences. $JOINT
Thatβs why several factors deserve attention:
π§ͺ Composition matters. The amounts and ratios of cannabinoids can influence how a product interacts with the body.
π¦ Product quality matters. Consistency, labeling, testing, and storage can affect what patients actually receive.
π€ People respond differently. Age, body chemistry, existing conditions, medications, and other factors can influence individual responses.
βοΈ Context matters too. Medical use should involve proper guidance rather than treating cannabis as a universal answer.
The goal should never be to promote cannabis without context.
The goal is to understand it better.
Pass The Relief is building around that mindset through medical cannabis awareness, wellness education, and informed community conversations.
Learn the plant. Understand the evidence. Ask better questions.

πΏ What if the biggest problem with medical cannabis isnβt the lack of information, but the amount of misinformation surrounding it?
For years, cannabis discussions have often been shaped by assumptions rather than accessible scientific knowledge. $JOINT
There are important areas worth exploring:
𧬠Understanding the plant: Cannabis contains numerous naturally occurring compounds, each with distinct properties.
π Separating facts from claims: Not every reported benefit has strong clinical evidence. Reliable research helps establish what scientists actually know.
βοΈ Patient awareness: Medical cannabis discussions should include potential side effects, drug interactions, product consistency, and professional medical guidance.
π Making education accessible: People deserve information they can understand, question, and use when making informed health decisions.
This is the kind of conversation Pass The Relief wants to encourage.
Not exaggerated promises. Not blind assumptions.
Just plant science, responsible education, and a community willing to learn.
The more we understand, the better the conversation becomes.

Privacy on blockchain is something I think we should be paying more attention to.
Think about how uncomfortable it can feel knowing that almost everything you do onchain is visible to the public.
That is one thing that got me more interested in @FungoLabs
I started looking into how Fully Homomorphic Encryption (FHE) works, and here is what caught my attention.
Normally, smart contracts need to access data to process it.
But with FHE, they can perform computations on encrypted information without revealing the actual values.
Fungo Labs brings this functionality to Ethereum NFTs through Zamaβs FHEVM.
What I find more amazing is that I can have privacy without sacrificing on chain functionality.
That is a different kind of blockchain experience worth exploring.
What if your NFT could keep a secret?
Most NFTs reveal almost everything about themselves.
Their traits, rarity, stats and other details can be publicly inspected, sometimes before you even get the chance to enjoy the mystery.
But @FungoLabs is approaching NFTs differently.
With encrypted NFTs, your art can stay sealed until you decide to make it public, while your NFT's essence remains encrypted on-chain.
This is what makes the idea interesting to me.
Ownership shouldn't always mean everyone gets to see everything.
Sometimes, the best part of owning something is having a secret nobody else can access.
And that is exactly the kind of experience Fungo Labs is building and focusing on.

A man puts $1,000 in the hands of a trader.
The trader generates a 45% profit on his capital.
That's $450 in profit for the investor.
The trader earns 15% of the investor's profit.
15% of $450 = $67.50 for the trader.
And that's not all. The trader also earns 15% from the trading platform's fees.
Now imagine this being you.
This is how @FBYTio works: connecting investors with skilled traders and creating opportunities for both sides to earn.

Final hours of @FungoLabs campaign and the genesis sealed bid auction also closes today, by 15:30 UTC.
The auction uses Zama's FHE technology to keep bids encrypted until the auction ends and the winners pay the same clearing price, and any excess amount is refunded. So, if you're interested in getting a Genesis NFT, make sure to place your bid before the deadline.
For the X campaign, submit your 5 best posts through the campaign page before it closes. Late submissions won't count.
The leaderboard will be revealed after the campaign ends, and rewards will be distributed at TGE.

Allow me to reintroduce myself.
I'm ROYALTY, a Web3 Talent, Skill & Project Manager.
Here's what I do:
>> Project Management: I run your project from start to finish. I bring in the right people, assign the work, track progress and make sure it's delivered on time.
>> Skill Management: I supply hand-picked content writers, graphic designers, video editors and project managers. I've reviewed their proof of work and I vouch for their delivery.
>> Talent Management: I manage KOLs, influencers, content creators and video creators, and place them where they fit your project best.
One manager, The whole team.

WHO IS A WEB3 MANAGER, AND WHY AM I BUILDING A CAREER AROUND IT?
For as long as I can remember, I have always found myself managing one thing or another.
Whether professionally, in business or even in church, whenever I am entrusted with an administrative responsibility, I often find myself taking ownership of the management process.
Over time, I realised that management was more than something I naturally gravitated towards. It was a skill I was developing, refining and becoming increasingly confident in.
Professionally, I am a model and talent manager. Over the last 10 years, I have successfully managed more than 3,000 talents in Web2.
That experience has given me a practical understanding of talent identification, team coordination, people management, communication, relationship building and accountability.
More importantly, it has taught me that managing people is not simply about assigning responsibilities; it is about understanding their abilities, putting those abilities to good use and ensuring that expectations translate into results.
When I transitioned into Web3, I quickly realised that management was not entirely unfamiliar territory.
As I became more acquainted with the ecosystem, I started encountering roles such as Project Manager, KOL Manager and Community Manager. I understood the individual responsibilities associated with these positions, but I also began to see an opportunity to bring different aspects of talent and project management together.
That was how I began defining my position as a Web3 Manager.
So, what exactly is a Web3 Manager?
A Web3 Manager connects projects with the right people, skills and resources required to achieve their objectives.
Think of it as managing a network of skilled professionals and helping projects identify, access and work with the right talent for their needs.
This could include content writers, content creators, KOLs, community managers, project managers, developers, designers and other professionals whose skills are relevant to the projectβs objectives.
However, being a Web3 Manager goes beyond knowing people or having access to a large network of professionals.
You must understand the people you recommend. You must have assessed their capabilities, reviewed their portfolios, examined their previous work and established that they have the competence to deliver what they promise.
Your recommendations carry your reputation.
Consequently, you cannot afford to connect projects with people whose abilities you cannot confidently vouch for.
There is also an important aspect of this role that I consider non-negotiable: accountability.
A Web3 Manager should not simply introduce a project to a professional, collect a commission and disappear.
You should be able to coordinate the engagement, establish clear expectations, monitor progress, facilitate communication and follow through until the agreed deliverables have been completed.
When a project pays for a service, there should be someone who understands what was agreed, what is expected and whether the work has been delivered accordingly.
Ultimately, a Web3 Manager serves as a bridge between projects and talent. You understand the needs of a project, identify the right professionals, facilitate collaboration and provide the coordination required to ensure that everyone delivers their responsibilities.
It requires more than connections. It requires sound judgement, experience, communication, organisation, professional relationships and above all, the ability to manage people.
I am particularly excited about this direction because I am not approaching it as someone starting entirely from scratch. I am bringing a decade of talent management experience into an ecosystem where skilled professionals, strong networks and effective execution are essential.

What happens when an AI agent gets a job thatβs too big for it to handle alone?
It hires another agent.
Thatβs the idea behind @termix_aiβs latest Agents Helping Agents workflow.
An agent can post a bounty on agent.family, invite other agents to contribute and reward those that complete the task and pass verification.
Think about what this unlocks:
β One agent receives a complex task.
β It identifies the part it cannot handle.
β Another specialised agent is brought in.
β The work is completed and verified.
β The contributing agent earns a reward.
And this isnβt just an idea sitting on a roadmap. TermiX has introduced a community bounty around the workflow, offering 0.2 USDT to eligible participants who complete the required tasks and pass verification.
Thereβs another milestone worth watching.
TermiXβs latest official update reports over $30.45M in agent transaction volume, 1.31M+ agents indexed across BNB Chain and Base, and 588K+ cumulative jobs.
The bigger shift is what interests me.
Weβre moving from individual AI agents completing isolated tasks to networks of agents that can delegate, collaborate and create value together.
The future agent economy may not be built by one super-agent but by thousands of specialised agents working together.
Thatβs the direction @TermiX_ai is exploring.
What if an AI agent could manage a trading strategy, complete its assignment and earn rewards without you having to manage every step?
This is one of the interesting things happening with @TermiX_ai.
Its partnership with @BNBCHAIN has introduced a Quant Agent campaign where users can choose between two roles:
β Run a strategy: Choose a quant agent, set your trading cap, and select a duration.
β Offer a strategy: List your own strategy agent, accept client jobs, and earn management fees.
There are also TermiX Points tied to completed jobs:
β’ Clients earn 100 TP per USDC delegated.
β’ Strategy providers earn 50 TP per USDC.
β’ Jobs must run to the end of their selected term to qualify.
The shortest available term is 6 hours.
But hereβs what matters: rewards are tied to qualifying completed jobs, not simply signing up. Early revocation or moving funds out can disqualify a job.
And these points are not guaranteed trading profits. Strategy performance and risk still matter.
The bigger picture is that AI agents are starting to take on economic roles, not just answer prompts.
Weβre getting closer to an economy where agents can provide services, manage strategies, and earn from the work they perform.
Explore the campaign:

HaloArenaβs Mini TCG sold out in just ONE HOUR.
That's worth paying attention to.
But what makes this interesting isn't just the speed of the sellout.
These cards have utility beyond the initial collection. They're drawn with CP, include 7 legendary cards, and carry over into the full TCG.
Holders also get redemption options, including a whitelist spot and CP value.
This is what makes gaming assets more interesting when ownership comes with actual utility.

Ever wondered why sending money across borders can involve several banks?
Here's one reason.
Not every bank has a direct banking relationship with every other bank in the world.
So they rely on correspondent banks.
Think of it this way.
You want to send money from Bank A to someone using Bank C.
But Bank A has no direct relationship with Bank C.
Bank B steps in as an intermediary.
Bank A holds an account with Bank B, which allows it to make payments through Bank B's network.
These accounts are known as nostro and vostro accounts.
NOSTRO means our account with you.
VOSTRO means your account with us.
They're two perspectives of the same banking relationship.
When a payment is processed, the banks update their respective account balances to settle the transaction.
But here's where things get complicated.
Every additional intermediary can introduce more processing steps, fees and potential delays.
This is one of the structural challenges behind cross-border payments.
The challenge isn't simply sending a payment instruction.
It's coordinating different banks, currencies, systems and regulations.
That's the infrastructure most people never see when they press SEND
