Why did we choose to launch the token via Clanker on Abstract?
The choice of token issuance platform is a key factor for the long-term success of the project. We decided to launch the token via Clanker on Abstract Chain for the following reasons:
1. Absolute transparency in the token creation and distribution process
Every step from creating a liquidity pool, setting up a Vault for the team, to unlocking time is done on a public smart contract.

Probably was a while back...and it probably wasn't in crypto.
Gotta bring back that magic if you really want to bring in fresh blood.
And it has to be big NOTIONAL amounts, not huge multiples on a couple cents.
A White Whale-style wealth event spawning every week or two would bring the horde rushing into whatever platform/app/etc was causing that to happen.
Figure that out and you capture all of the new crypto retail entrants

The $RNBW TGE will be Thursday February 5, 2026.
Why this date?
There's many parallel work streams that go into a TGE, any of which have the potential to impact the dates and timing.
In an industry full of promises or kicking the can down the road, we want to be held accountable to the promises and commitments that we make.
There’s a difference between saying we’re exploring, intending, or will make the Foundation the largest shareholder in Rainbow versus being able to state the fact that the Foundation is the largest shareholder in Rainbow, holding shares on behalf of $RNBW holders.
Another under discussed topic is post-TGE readiness. We're making strides on voluntarily approaching IR to be closer to what you'd see with a public company that we want to fully have in place at TGE.
