Thanks @EDGYTIM! @nexgenscouting @Fremd_Football Quarterback Johnny O'Brien returned to action for Fremd after missing the Barrington game with an injury. Credit: John Starks/Daily Herald 📷by: Edgytim4 hours ago 2025 Class 8A Round 1 Playmakers Fremd senior QB Johnny O’Brien – Johnny Touchdown has been highly impressive after hitting the recruiting radar screen in his sophomore season. O’Brien, who is committed to Northwestern has a high level game and is a fundamentally sound quarterback who also has a high football IQ. His decision making has improved each season. He is one of those rare players who can take over a game along with having the ability to quick strike on any offensive possession. O’Brien gave Northwestern a very early commitment and I feel he would have drawn a considerable amount of high D1 offers.
