Real pleasure to chat to Pete Wilkins, @ConnachtRugby senior coach. Was told by RFU around 16 years ago that pro coaches are usually ex-pro players. He's proven that wrong with a remarkable journey, and keeps a copy of that letter in his office. telegraph.co.uk/rugby-union/…

We have a fascinating interview with @connachtrugby senior S&C coach @Johnnyoc7 this week. It would be worth signing up to patreon.com/craggyrugby for just 1 month to listen to this intriguingly engaging guy:

Proud to be the lead sponsor for @connachtrugby
Building a winning team in the contact centre takes talent and innovation.
The same can be said on the rugby pitch.
And for @connachtrugby, it all begins at home in this jersey 🇮🇪
