🤯 The modern card market is CRAZY right now. I was watching some YouTubers open a premium box a few nights ago. They were losing their minds over numbered rookies, but when they pulled a signed 🏆 Wade Boggs🏆 card, they just kinda shrugged it off to keep chasing the "big hits." It’s wild how the market overlooks absolute greatness.😱 We’re talking about a first-ballot Hall of Famer with over 3,000 hits, a career .328 batting average, and 5 batting titles. I honestly don't understand how these great players that we grew up with don't hold any value in the modern card market.🤷 Anyway, here's a cool Wade Boggs card that I like. Which side are you on? Modern flash or established greatness? 👇 Let me know in the replies! 📊

Does anyone know if Mark Grace is on X? #chicagocubs #arizonadiamondbacks #cubs
Here's a Mark Grace story for anyone thats interested. The year was 1993. I was home on leave from the Air Force for Christmas. My buddies and I went "bar hopping" on Rush St. First time doing that for me, I just turned 21. We went to Gino's on Rush, and lo and behold, there was Mark Grace sitting with 2 extremely hot blonde women. Now my buddies were all crazy Cubs fans. I was not. This was the year that Frank won the first of his consecutive MVPs and I was wearing a White Sox hat (which I still have). One of my friends went over to Grace's table to say hello. He was nice but sent my friend away, autograph-less. When Grace was leaving, he stopped by our table. He explained that he didnt appreciate being interrupted during dinner, but he was happy to give autos now. He signed napkins, someone had a ticket stub he signed, he signed my buddies Cubs hat he was wearing... Then he looked at me and said "I'd sign for you if it wasnt for that Sox hat" I said "Thats ok, at least I can always say I met the 2nd best 1st baseman in Chicago" Needless to say, I don't have a Mark Grace autograph. #autographcollecting @Get_BIG_Cards @radiomancymuse

🚨Random Chicago Bear Sunday🚨 1993 Topps Ron Cox #372 19 players have worn #54 in thr history of the Chicago Bears. Mention the number 54 to a football fan, and Hall of Famer Brian Urlacher immediately comes to mind. But before Urlacher defined the position in the 2000s, the next longest-tenured #54 in Chicago Bears history belonged to Ron Cox. Drafted by Chicago in the second round of the 1990 NFL Draft out of Fresno State, Cox wore the jersey across two separate stints with the Bears (1990–1995, 1997). This card captures the hard-hitting linebacker during the 1993 season, when he came up big as a reliable rotational piece across all 16 games. Making 2 starts that year, Cox brought plenty of grit to the defense by racking up 33 solo tackles, 2.0 sacks, 2 forced fumbles, and a fumble recovery. He might not be the first linebacker who comes to mind when you picture those classic Bear defenses, but over his 97 games in Chicago, Cox proved exactly what a tough-as-nails Bears defender is supposed to look like. #DaBears #TheHobby

Man I would love to get a Hawk auto. Can someone who has #ttm experience help a newbie out? Like, where do you find their address? How do you find out their fee? Do you just send a raw card in an envelope, with a check, a letter and a SASE? Do you send it in a toploader? Will he send it back in a toploader? So many questions.... @radiomancymuse @Gampagnolo #ttm #autographcollecting

I've used these in my comics boxes by sandwiching and gluing it between 2 backer boards. They work great for comics and cards! teapaw.org/OBDCollectibles/status… @OBDCollectibles
Keep your cards upright and easy to find. Box Buddies clip onto compatible card boxes. Add the included labels and organize by team, set, year, or player. Less digging. More collecting.

This post from @SportsNCrap got me thinking...WHY don't I have that Frank I've always wanted? I'm a grown ass adult and I can do what I want!
There are grails you’ll probably never acquire due to scarcity and/or price. Then there are somewhat attainable grails. What’s your “somewhat attainable grail”, what makes it your grail, and why don’t you have it yet? Here’s a cool card for your trouble!

Remembering Marcia Wallace From 70s game shows to Springfield elementary, Marcia Wallace was the queen of comedic timing. 👑 What’s your favorite Marcia Wallace role? 👇 #TheSimpsons
When Marcia Wallace died in 2013, The Simpsons retired her character, Edna Krabappel. In the next new episode, Bart went to the chalkboard and wrote one line: “We’ll really miss you, Mrs. K.” Wallace was 70 and had voiced Bart’s teacher since the show’s first season. The episode ended with a second tribute, this time to Wallace herself. Months later, the show gave Edna a goodbye of her own. Ned Flanders pictured himself dancing with her, then said quietly, “I sure do miss that laugh.”

🚨Random White Sox of the Day🚨 1984 Fleer Jerry Dybzinski Jerome Matthew "Jerry" Dybzinski was a reliable, defensive-minded Major League Baseball shortstop who played from 1980 to 1985. Dybzinski was a key reserve infielder and shortstop for the famous 1983 "Winning Ugly" Chicago White Sox team that won the American League West division title. He was originally drafted by the Cleveland Indians in 1977 and made his big league debut with them in 1980. He played three seasons in Cleveland, two seasons with the White Sox (1983–1984), and finished his MLB career with a brief stint for the Pittsburgh Pirates in 1985. Over his 6-year major league career, Dybzinski was known more for his glove work than his bat. He appeared in 468 total games, accumulating 213 hits, 32 stolen bases, 93 RBIs, and a career batting average of .234 #TheHobby #whitesox #whodoyoucollect @Get_BIG_Cards

So my wife picked up a box of Collectors Edge at Walgreens this morning. Always a fun open for me, but I didn't expect this! It had 2 sealed packs of 90 Fleer. I opened the first one and my wife had to come check on me, because of all the "holy shits" coming from my mouth as I went through it I know, I know...nothing valuable. But for someone who was 18 in 1990, this was a HAUL from one pack. I couldn't believe it
