Placed an order on 14th Nov for delivery in Dec as a birthday present from @HotelChocolat. Just been messaged to tell me that part of my order was oversubscribed and substitutions made which don't have the same look and special feel. Really disappointing. #CustomerService

Added to this there is no guarantee I'll get this in time based on what is said in the email. I appreciate you've tried to make amends by increasing the value of substitutions but I would have thought 5 weeks was plenty of notice and you selected the mid December delivery date?

Had a bizarre dream where @harrismonkey decided to buy a Z30 Lexus Soarer which had the (imaginary) and rare optional extra auto pilot mode. He then filmed himself sat in the back of the car on the motorway talking about the comfort of the rear seats. Standard stuff really.
