Thanks for having us out and sharing what you do @kinghistorycchs - was a great way to start my day and week and month! – at Greensboro, NC
Experienced a Ho Chi Minh Trail simulation today in @kinghistorycchs class in @ChathamCoSch !!
This immersive experience included a variety of activities that helped students understand the long term environmental, social, physical, and emotional impacts of war.
I was so impressed with the myriad of lessons I learned in this experience. Amy, you are a rockstar educator who understands that students love to go outside and learn in their environment! You understand how to curate simulations that are thought-provoking, poignant, approachable, and responsible.
Thank you, @JonathanPermar and Kate Cruze from @GCSchoolsNC for learning with me in the mud today! I love bringing districts together!
