Update: Clara Tan, the transgender pervert who was arrested by ICE, tackled, and had his foot injured, is also known as a predator and pedophile in Singapore. There is information, DMs, and unverified contemporaneous accounts of him acting inappropriately with minors.
He has also touched people without their consent, on their chest and belly area, according to anonymous reports. He was released with an ankle monitor and ordered to appear in immigration court on Dec 8th.
He was supposed to be detained but was released because the individual had "bottom surgery," and the Batavia facility was a male-only facility.

Nvidia RTX 20, 30 and 40-series GPUs can now unlock their full AI performance thanks to a new UEFI-level tool.
The open-source project, called nv-uefi-unlocker, works before Nvidia’s drivers load and removes a hardware-level performance limit affecting certain Tensor Core operations.
The reported gains are impressive:
>RTX 4090: up to 2x peak AI compute performance.
>RTX 3090 Ti: up to 80% higher matrix performance.
>RTX 4060 Laptop: around 65% improvement in reported tests.
It supports Windows and Linux and doesn’t require a modified Nvidia driver or a permanent VBIOS flash.
Sadly these are AI compute improvements, not gaming FPS gains

Moore's Law Is Dead published an interview with an anonymous Micro Center manager. According to the employee, organized groups are buying NVIDIA Blackwell graphics cards in bulk. They initially targeted GeForce RTX 5090, RTX 5080 and RTX PRO 6000 Blackwell cards priced at $16,000, but now also buy RTX 5070 Ti, RTX 5070 and 16 GB RTX 5060 Ti models.
The buyers arrive in groups of five to eight, enter stores 15–20 minutes apart and pay in cash. The manager claims that cash turnover at a single store reaches $500,000 per week, requiring armored cash collections several times.
Sales limits have not stopped the purchases. Groups visit up to five branches within a 300-mile radius to bypass restrictions. This reduces graphics card availability for ordinary customers. The account is based on anonymous testimony.
