Hey @ATT I spent 3 hours yesterday being passed around to call center jockeys who couldn’t help. You billed my card for the total amount but then sent a message stating you didn’t get a successful charge.
What do I need to do to resolve this without wasting another day.

So glad PE bought @SouthwestAir to turn it into @united. Flights on monday were delayed, waiting at airport and today both my first and second are delayed. Looks like they are successfully initiating their plan.
