Also today was a special day as a record was broken by @Dannym91 who became the woodstreets all time leading goalscorer by bagging his 179th goal of his illustrious career beating the previous record of 177. Fantastic achievement here’s to the next 179 🎉🎉

A hugely powerful story from #LOBAL’s very own; Alex Megias saved the life of John Harkin following a sudden cardiac arrest during a LOBAL game in March ❤️💙
Great to see @LFC @VirgilvDijk @NIVEAMENUK celebrate this 👏
Thanks also to
@TheOKFoundation🙏
At the start of the year, Reds fan John collapsed playing football and went into cardiac arrest.
With the help of @VirgilvDijk, John surprised advanced Nurse practitioner Alex, to thank him for saving his life ❤️
