Imagine buying a $500 gift card, getting locked out by an @Uber app verification glitch, and then being told by @Uber_Support that your remaining $391.34 is permanently gone with zero recourse. This shouldn't require a BBB escalation. Fix this. #UberEats #BadCustomerService
