Does anyone else have any other red flags to add?

I have been hearing "I should have waited for your availability" more and more lately from customers that went with another inspector. Choose wisely when it comes to your investment.

I've never had a worse flight experience than I am currently having on @JetBlue Flight 2036. Lied to about being diverted for "weather" after the plane had mechanical issues in Boston. Still waiting (over 1-1/2hrs) for a bus from FT Lauderdale to Key West. No food. No updates.
