Top tips for Echo scanners and managers:
✅️Learn to scan with both hands! This can help you reduce the load on tissues. Perfoming 10% of scans with non-dominant hand can help to manage MSK symptoms.
✅️Work to change culture in departments to support ambidextrous scanning.

Managing risk of MSK conditions among all healthcare workers performing ultrasound scans in particular, Echocardiographers, who do crucial assessments, often with a complex patient group is important to ensure these staff can continue to provide this essential service.

Great group with lots of engagement and questions. Based on feedback from previous years, we included a practical component where participants could visualise different scanning styles for echo.
