Josh Gerben, trademark attorney of Gerben IP, discovered a trademark for "I bleed for this city" had been filed by a new LLC, BLEEDING BIRD LLC, which lists Howie Roseman's manager as its contact.
It’s my understanding Howie Roseman is only trademarking this phrase to prevent it from being misused. It’s my understanding he has no intentions of making money off merchandise. If anything, it would go to charity.
Howie got cut by a flying beer can at the Eagles Super Bowl parade. And he told Eagles fans, I bleed for this city.
