"Our committee, the Presidential Implementation Committee on Technology Transfer, was inaugurated by former President Muhammadu Buhari in 2020 as a result of an agreement where developed countries share technology and know-how for commercially viable goods and services. Championed by the Czech Republic under Delta Two, Nigeria was the only African country that signed in 2014."
"With President Buhari as a champion of technology transfer himself, because the country cannot develop if you don’t develop technologically, we got the support we needed in terms of our secretariat, engineering infrastructure and funding. Today you have seen @NASENIHQ making waves with products and new innovations. It’s all the support we’ve got from Mr. President in implementing acceleration programmes and innovation programmes across the country to get people with talent to come up with ideas that will bring development. And that is what we have been doing."

“The campaign is just starting. But you know, in politics it’s not about going to stadium and gather people and shout or carry banners that makes you win election. Campaign is really about identifying stakeholders that control narratives at their units, at their wards, at their local government.”
“Elections are not won on the stadium grounds or social media pages. Elections are won when you know who the stakeholders are that matter. You may be shocked that at some places the people that influence election at their ward or local government levels are not even politicians. They are people with influence that have maybe helped the community for a very long period of time and the people within that community respect them a lot and listen to their views and follow their wishes.”
“So winning election is your ability to identify those people and make them be on your side. And that is one area that President @officialABAT has done well…”

I campaigned for the President @officialABAT before he won his primaries because we needed a leader willing to make difficult decisions—unlike past Presidents who feared losing their political base. True to expectation, he removed the subsidy on his first day to stabilize the country. Before his administration, Nigerians couldn't use their cards abroad and we borrowed to pay salaries. Today, those reforms have changed things: our economy is stable and growing at about 4% by all economic indices.

President @officialABAT 's post-stabilization programmes are expanding access to education and healthcare and helping farmers return to their farms. The focus is on building an entrepreneurial economy by creating the right environment.
However, Nigerians should also hold state governors accountable, since reforms have given them more resources—they must explain what programmes they are implementing to bring stability and create opportunities in their states.

He argues that Nigeria needed a leader with the courage to make difficult but necessary decisions, regardless of the political consequences. According to him, previous administrations lacked the political will to undertake critical reforms out of fear of losing public support.
He notes that the removal of the petrol subsidy on President Tinubu’s first day in office was a demonstration of that resolve, aimed at addressing deep-rooted economic challenges.
Dr. Dahiru further highlights the progress recorded since the reforms, pointing to improved foreign exchange availability, Nigeria’s ability to meet its financial obligations and an economy now recording approximately 4% growth.
