This guy does a pretty good job of explaining how they are creating the "once in a century" storms and events that have been taking place about every other week.
He describes it as Pump, Jump and Dump. The Pump part is what I show with the military tankers pouring particulate matter into the atmosphere, primarily over NEXRADs. He brings up HAARP (ionic heater) as one of the mechanisms to do the jump part.. but it is so much more than that. They use radars, 5/6G, etc. that are an integral part of the operation.
This ⤵️ was a tanker just now. I show in photo 2 where the NEXRADs are that he was hitting -- mainly Columbus, SC. In addition to Atlanta, he hit Huntsville, AL and Memphis, both of which have radars.

The messages are EXPLICIT. They discuss "the necessity of the operation" and "removal of the obstacle."
This wasn't a lone gunman. This was a COUP.

After FAA Exemption 25287 allowed burn-in-place and ejectable flares that release ice-nucleating particles, the company petitioned (Docket FAA-2025-1630) to raise the cap from 2 to 6 flares per Elijah drone, tripling the classified HAZMAT payload for cloud-seeding experiments.
Bottom line: Rainmaker is using a narrow aviation loophole (carry classified pyrotechnic flares on a drone) inside a system where nobody at the federal level fully regulates the act of modifying the weather, they only track the flights and the paperwork.

Arizona Governor Katie Hobbs has more than a million signatures against her by her own constituents after a federal audit showed state funds being transferred directly to Antifa.
According to the report, one of the last to come out from DOGE, Hobbs directed her state's comptroller to add a dozen or so LLCs to the monthly payout list, with small enough numbers to slip through, but totaling millions altogether.
Those LLCs are all tied to Antifa.
The people are demanding she be held accountable.
