His minimum life term was increased from 21 years to 25 before he can appeal for parole

Now the disgusting murderer will spend even more time guaranteed behind bars
I hope he never gets parole

Vickrum Digwa’s minimum sentence for murdering Henry Nowak has been increased from 21 to 25 years after the Court of Appeal ruled that the original sentence was “unduly lenient”. Good. But it is a total disgrace that his mother might be released early.
