ALT I’m thrilled to be back! I’ve had a fantastic day with my staff, and I am slowly working through many supportive letters and notes. Thank you to everyone for your incredible support as I return to the office. A graphic that reads: Nobody would think twice about taking time off work to recover from a heart attack or another physical ailment, and it should be the same way for a mental illness. With the treatment I’ve received, it no longer feels like I’m in a constant fight against depression. ALT We are excited to be working with Lizzo and her team to establish the Sasha Be Flooting Music Scholarship within the UH Alumni Association Foundation. We are deeply grateful to Lizzo for her generosity and commitment to supporting the next generation of music students. This scholarship will be life-changing for one young artist—it will create opportunities and open doors that will make a lasting impact on the student and their journey towards a music career. The details are still being finalized and we hope to share more about the scholarship soon.
