I can finally announce what I've been doing the past 3(!) years... I'm working with The LEGO Group as a consultant to share my ML experience and help them with Circular Business Models! It's been a super interesting experience and hopefully more will be revealed in time :)

Even just today, somebody was forced to take down their project from the internet essentially because it used AI - in reality, in a very innocuous way, but everyone is just so wary of the grifters that are around every corner now

I don't have a solid opinion on the IP issues at play in ML datasets but there should certainly more consideration given than there is now.
