I have not been able to walk the past few weeks because I strained the tendons on the top of my right foot and am waiting for the inflammation and tenderness to fade and I think I might pivot to jogging once it has healed
I did my 10,000 steps 155 incline and the part of the body it is hardest on are my lungs what a shocker it has been
I'm watching The Walking Dead Dead City and say what you want about Negan but that man knows how to make a memorable statement
I think I messed up my heel yesterday and I hope it calms down today so I can walk I'm so bummed
😢😿😢
Just a quick note it is not appropriate to ask for your therapist socials and no I do not think therapist should have to private their accounts. It's cool if you stumble across them but please do not seek your therapist out. Let them live.

Here is the camp where my brothers’ brains fried.
Here is the shade where they’d pass out & lie
By the campfire stacked high with family debris,
The same as the camp where our cousin died, in reflective OD
Blaming him, my family, others like me
For the bottomline storyline tree

On July 29th, Mayor Kevin McCarty, Vice Mayor Karina Talamantes & Assemblymember Maggy Krell are once again hosting their Annual Backpack Drive!
For the third year in a row I’ll be handing out new and diverse children’s books to families and kids of all ages! I’ve been collecting donations all year for this event and I’m so grateful to everyone who’s donated to my nonprofit. The Annual Backpack event reaches hundreds of kids from underprivileged communities. Children in need of stories!
The Annual Backpack Drive provides local students with free backpacks, school supplies, haircuts, books, bike repairs, lunch, and more to help them start the school year ready for success!
I’m proud to be participating! Book donations are welcome!
