The world is much cooler because Prince was in it — he touched our hearts & made us want to dance. I am a big Prince fan and was always proud to say he was from MN. I’m introducing legislation to award him the Congressional Gold Medal to honor his memory & contributions.

Prince was deeply affected by Dr. King Jr., and would channel his spirit more than once in his lyrics, most notably in his 2009 song "Dreamer."
"Call me a dreamer 2."

Love is like the sky, you know it never stops
From the abundance of the 💜 the mouth speaks
Love is

Got to see the hours of material I shot in 2001 for the first time earlier this year. Estate said it’s the only unseen non-performance footage they have in the vault. Can’t imagine it doesn’t show up now as Prince was electrifying in it, preaching on the industry, music & faith.
