Mabel is settling into her new home in Alloa, thanks Julie for this update.
“We got Mabel on Saturday!
She has already stolen my heart.
She is settling in well and we have had our first zoomies.
She is watching tv like she has lived her for ages.
Thank you Help2Rehome for the help and support we are just loving her.”
If you need help to rehome please email [email protected]
This! 🙌 👍 👏
If you don’t understand it, have a search on Facebook, the profiles giving animas away, then have a look at those who say “interested” or the “pm me hun” 🤢
Would you give your dog to them? No, probably not.
If there is one thing you do before offering an animal a new home, please ensure it’s “speaking to the husband first”, and ensuring you understand animals are not FREE.
This is something we get all the time.
Really interested , wants to move forward to a home check, but when they realise a rehome fee or any other sort of fee is in place to protect animals, (because we don’t give animals away for free) it’s “*I’ll need to speak to the husband”
Please do this before you get in touch.
It really will save us, and you a lot of time.
🐾 🐶 🐱 🏠
Thank you.
PS: on behalf of animal that were given away for free and ended up in stupid hands.

Storm is a beautiful 6 year old female Jack Russell. She is still looking for a new home through no fault of her own.
Storm would be best in a home with someone who is looking for the love and companionship of a dog.
She isn't keen on small children and can be fussy with other dogs.
Storm can be rehomed anywhere in Scotland as we cover the whole of Scotland.
She is very loving and affectionate.
Storm is chipped and healthy with no medical issues.
She eats a mix of dry and wet food and enjoys Harringtons biscuits mixed with Tesco dog meat in gravy.
She is registered with the vets and has had the same owner since she was 12 weeks old.
Storm likes to sleep near her owner at night.
She can be nervous in the car to begin with. She likes her chew sticks and loves toys.
Meeting new people she will bark at first but if ignored, she soon becomes your best friend for attention.
Storm is use to kennels and loves her back being scratched. She also likes to watch Fireworks.
A home with no kids or other pets is best for this lovely girl.

Sorry we are unable to accept messages to the page.
My heart, for them both! ❤️ what a bitter sweet update. Sending you both love. 🐈⬛
During heartache and loss, animals and fresh air really are the best medication.
Happy new home Lady,
You have went to a wonderful loving home with Elaine in Glasgow.
We’d just like to thank Elaine for opening up her home and her heart to this lovely cat.
Elaine sadly lost her husband 3 weeks ago, so to have Lady as company during this time will really give her some comfort.
Thanks to our volunteer for collecting Lady and taking her to Elaine.
Happy new home Lady. ❤️
Good luck Hamish, your new owner will be so lucky to have you.
Hamish is under our care and looking for a new home as his owner sadly can't look after him anymore due to circumstances changing.
He is very loving and bright. Hamish is a 9 month old Jack Russell Cross.
He is very intelligent and quick to learn.
He is good with older kids and can be excited meeting new people. Children 7+ would be suitable, preferably children that are dog savvy.
He hasn't had any issues with other dogs. He is very friendly.
Hamish is chipped and healthy with no medical issues. He is also registered at the vets and up to date with all his vaccinations.
He would suit a home with no cats.
Hamish eats a mix of James Wellbeloved Chicken and Rice and sleeps on his cushion and blanket at night.
He is good off the lead and has some recall if you say ''Hamish Come''.
He can be left on his own, usually for up to 2 hours.
Hamish loves treats and normally has natural ones.

Scum behaviour. This is the dregs of. Society that say things like “needing gone today”
Shouldn’t have animals.
It’s a privilege to own an animal.
“Needing gone today”
This is very dangerous and irresponsible. Animals aren’t ornaments that you can just get rid of or dispose of.
Every day, our very small team take calls from lovely people who genuinely need help, and then others who have jumped into taking a pet online because they thought he/she looked “cute” but then realised comes along,
Vet registration,
Insurance,
Food,
Toys,
Stimulation,
Attention,
Training,
Love,
That’s too much, so here come the posts, “needing gone today” like an old
sofa pumped out onto the street waiting to be picked up.
Where will these kittens end up? It’s too late for the likes of us to try and help, because so many messages such as “pm me hun” or “interested” have already been added to the post, meaning the cycle of these two young lives looks to be brutal, if you can give up a pet with “needing gone today” do you actually really care where they end up?
Our message is clear, don’t give animals away on social media. It’s not safe.
Contact a rescue or a rehoming organisation.
Be a responsible person.
Posts like this really frustrate us.
Fun fact about this X post, this photo was (at its height) up to 190,000 likes, however when 1 user added the context, 12,000 unliked the photo within 12 hours.
Many people said it was “AI Slop” - rightly so. But it still created a laugh, a laugh that sadly 12,000 took back. 🤨

I remember this guy, the appeals we had to go to help him into a new home, there wasn’t ever light at the end of the tunnel, until Pauline got in touch that was! 🥰 🐾
“I thought I would give you a wee update on Bjorn. I adopted him over three months ago.
In the beginning, Mr Bjorn wasn’t easy to handle. He was very reactive to other dogs and sometimes even to people (I think it could have been due to post-adoption stress).
Anyway, he’s had a few sessions with a dog trainer, and now he’s doing much better. I’m so proud of him, and I think he’s made incredible progress!
At home, he’s like a little baby. He’s very affectionate and playful, and he’s just a wonderful doggy. Bjorn enjoys our little trips to the Pentland Hills and loves to stalk the sheep😅.
We’ve already been on our first big hike, and he had so much fun in the mountains!
I would like to thank you guys for helping me with Bjorn’s adoption. I feel very lucky to have him. ❤️.
Here is a few pics of Bjorn. Sorry I couldn’t pick one or two photos, he’s such a great model 🔥🤩
Kind regards
Paulina”
Bjorn, we remember all the appeals we done for you.
They were all worth it to wait for your mum Paulina to come along, what an update! ❤️ happy new home gorgeous fella!

Mhari and Paris are two lovely female French Bulldogs.
They are looking for a new home together as their owners' circumstances have sadly changed meaning he can't look after them anymore.
Mhari and Paris are good with other dogs and children - no cats. They are also chipped.
Mhari and Paris eat dry kibble and can be left on their own if you need to go out.
They are registered at the vets and love to meet new people - often getting excited for attention.
Mhari and Paris travel well in the car and love treats and toys, although they can become obsessive over their toys.
Both walk with a dual lead and are good with water.
They are very loving and affectionate and will make great pets for a family or someone wishing to offer them a loving home.
Mhari and Paris are both crate trained. Paris gets 1 antihistamine a day for allergies.
Both are healthy.

Good luck Odin!
Odin is a beautiful 3 year old male Border Collie. He is available and looking for a new home.
Sadly due to the owners health , Odin needs someone who can provide him the stimulation and attention he needs. He is very much loved but would be best in a home with someone who can give him lots of walks and attention.
He is chipped and neutered and healthy with no concerns.
Odin can be wary of strangers to begin with and would need a little time to get use to anyone new.
He is okay with some pets and can be wary of others - due to this, he’d be best in a home with no other pets to save him any unsettlement.
Odin eats dry and wet food and is also crate trained.
He loves toys and can be strong on the lead.
Odin has had the same owner since being a pup.
He isn’t a fan of the hoover but does love to play with a ball.
He is more of a fan of women than men, so may be best with a lone female looking for company, although we will consider male households too.
Odin is very loving and affectionate. No cats.
For more information or to offer Odin a new home please email directly to [email protected]
Always caring 🥰
Gladly share these two, hopefully someone comes forward to offer a home - email [email protected]
