22 months ago I ordered a brand-new 2025 Ram 1500 Rebel X Hurricane. $86,016. Today it sits dead in my driveway. Again. Under 20,000 miles.
Total time out of service: 60+ days.
24 straight days at the dealer in June-July 2025.
Miles driven during that 24-day repair? ONE.
Today I called for another service appointment.
Earliest available: September 8.
Another 17 days without a truck I paid $86,000 for.

If you’re a business owner, this will have a major negative effect on your healthcare costs.
As these DTC platforms die, patients are going to go back to their employers and demand coverage for GLP-1s.
40% of commercial patients meet criteria for GLP-1s. Many of them are procuring them through these online platforms. The extent of this problem is largely unknown to employers since these DTC platforms are cash pay.
I expect the cost of health insurance to sky rocket this upcoming year, largely driven by people going from cash pay GLP-1s to insurance covered GLP-1s.
Today, the FDA is announcing its intent to take decisive steps to restrict GLP-1 active pharmaceutical ingredients intended for use in non-FDA-approved compounded drugs that are being mass-marketed by companies — including Hims & Hers and other compounding pharmacies — as similar alternatives to FDA-approved drugs. fda.gov/news-events/press-an…

Yesterday, the US DOL proposed a ground-breaking rule requiring PBM disclosure to self-insured group health plans of:
✔ Rebates and other payments from drug manufacturers
✔ Compensation received when plan price exceeds the pharmacy reimbursement
✔ Payments recouped from pharmacies
