This morning we held the groundbreaking for a new neighborhood park at Patrick/Tee Pee that will include a dog park, tennis/pickleball courts and kids playground. Thank you to our @ClarkCountyPark , RPM and Public Works teams for all their efforts to make this day happen!
Today, the Welcome to Las Vegas Sign turned rainbow colors in honor of LGBTQ+ Pride Month. 🏳️🌈🏳️⚧️
We also gave the Key to the Las Vegas Strip to RuPaul’s Drag Race superstar and Vegas native @iamanetra and proclaimed today as Anetra Day!
I’m thankful and appreciate the hard, often dangerous work of our @ClarkCountyFD team.
Fire is no joke. Please be cautious and avoid the area so first responders can do the good work.
Many of you may have seen the black smoke in SW Las #Vegas. @ClarkCountyFD has called out a second alarm for a fire at an apartment complex under construction. Crews are battling the fire and trying to limit exposure around the property.
Expect delays around 215 and Buffalo.

Juneteenth is a celebration of freedom.
It’s also a reminder of the contributions of the Black community and a recommitment to continue the work towards a more equitable and just society.
Excited to be at @LVGEA #VegasPerspective and impressed with @leiweketim’s commitment to build an environmentally sustainable, NBA-ready arena in @ClarkCountyNV with no public funding!

Please help keep #ClarkCounty Clean.
With chances for rain, a reminder trash and debris can get washed into storm drains and flood control channels and wind up in Lake Mead.
If an area needs cleaning, file a report at FixIt Clark County: tinyurl.com/4s4p9pu6.
