So far this month.. Helped a #DV survivor apply for Non Mol order. Installed @ajax_systems giving a family reassurance and security. #McKenzieFriend for a vulnerable family to get an Occupation Order. Help @Pharos_Response deliver school Critical Incident training. #Safeguarding

#LewisCapaldi at #glastonbury2023 sums up #mentalhealth support beautifully. Whenever anyone is struggling, there are always people around you to help you through it all.

Happy fathers day to all dads - current dads, dads in the clouds, bereaved dads, step dads, pseudo dads, granddads, divorced dads, like-a-dads. Today is for you. You're all included. #stilldads #StillDaddy #FathersDay2023

Helped a wonderful group of people from @LilyMae_UK to complete #snowdonsunrise23 challenge. During the walk, some parents shared some uplifting stories about their babies. Many little ones fondly remembered. 💖

Many forces have done this for years. And done analysis. And investigations. And secured convictions. And supported victims. And helped homeowners make their homes safer. And reduced burglaries. It's what we do daily. But great policing doesn't grab headlines.

I first put on a uniform (as a police cadet) 37 years ago. I served again for @ukhomeoffice and @WMerciaPolice. On the day of #queenfuneral I served the same leader for @WMerciaSpecials, yet all this is only half the time of her amazing length of service. #RIPQueenElizabeth

Feeling honoured to be asked to present to colleagues at @cheltladiescoll about how to spot the signs of #ACEs and how we can deliver #safeguarding to all students.

#sinkingship is trending. Who would think out raftbuilding challenge would be so popular! #outdooreducation

First day in a new job. Commute was further than I'm used to, but a better view from the office. #DofE #legclub

Tomorrow I start a new phase in my life after 23 years as an officer with @WMerciaPolice but I still have a lot to give, so I will be just as proud wearing my @WMerciaSpecials epaulettes as I have been to wear all my others.

A few weeks on from an awful incident and those involved from @NWorcsCops and @WestMerciaOCC came together for a structured debrief. All ranks, all roles. Everyone spoke about their feelings. We all agreed it helped with closure. It's good to talk. #mentalhealth #teamwork

It's a proud moment when a Cadet you helped to train 5 years ago knocks on your door with a big excited smile and their start date to join your team! #success @NWorcsCadets @CadetLeader_ @NationalVPC @NWorcsCops

3rd date? Going well? I read a #ClairesLaw application today which made me shiver. "I adore him, my children adore him." 3 pages of violence and sexual offences disclosed to allow an informed decision. #domesticviolence #StaySafe

A really good explanation by @Dr_Julie_Smith #MentalHealthMatters Please don't bottle it up. #LetsTalk DMs open.

Emergency Police Protection is so impactive on a child's life it must be used as a last resort. But occasionally it is necessary. 2 cases in 2 days is rare, and very sad. So proud of our specialist officers for making the process so gentle. #ACEs #KindnessMatters

Finally the #DomesticAbuseAct has been passed. All strangulation is now illegal, 'rough sex' is no defence to serious injury, and Domestic Abuse Prevention Orders - some of the measures to further protect the vulnerable. @VictimSupport @dviolenceuk @CommissionerDA

For me and thousands of other young people, the #dukeofedingburgh @dofe instilled a sense of commitment and adventure, skills that have stayed with me for life. #RIPPrincePhilip

An uplift in detectives courtesy of @WestMerciaPCC means from next month we will have a specialist #ChildProtection and #DomesticAbuse team within @NWorcsCops to protect our most vulnerable. Final plans in place. Looking forward to leading such a dedicated and compassionate team.
