How does a coutry that willingly pays immigrants to come here lose track of so many people? More than 500,000 have gone missing. Is it incompetence? Are these people coming here legally?

Interesting. Because I don't have any issues with traveling to the USA I was disqualified from a travel survey. Can't wait for the media to report 100% of survey respondents have issues or canceled trips to the USA in the coming weeks
