40 years ago this week, I bought Kate Bush's new single, Experiment IV, from a display box like this in Rival Records in Plymouth.
Being 12 years old, I wasn't brave enough to ask if I could keep it once they'd finished with it.

Kate Bush released 'Experiment IV' 40 years ago today.
The music video was primarily shot at the former Royal Herbert Military Hospital, Shooters Hill Road, Greenwich, South London.
The single peaked at No 23 in the UK charts and No 12 in Ireland.
40 years ago today Kate Bush released the single 'Experiment IV'.
Part of the music video was shot here, outside the Prince Alfred pub in Locksley Street, East London.
The pub served it's very last customer in November 2012.
My X feed seems to be 95% cats and kittens, 4.9% Kate Bush, and 0.1% of the rest of what’s going on in the world. Not complaining though.
I know what I want for Christmas!
