Shabir Ahmad Shah, a Kashmiri separatist leader, is currently incarcerated in Delhi’s Tihar Jail, where he has been held since his arrest in July 2017 by the Enforcement Directorate in a money laundering case, followed by charges in a terror funding case by the National Investigation Agency (NIA) in 2019.
