AM watch a bit like the hokey-cokey today. Type 23 Frigate @HMSLANCASTER, super yacht Pink Gin (mine's a large one!) & Geest boat Luzon Strait were but 3 who in & outed. Lots of smaller stuff & a huge spring flood kept us super-vigilant. @QHMVHP kept order.

Close one today as a 40’ yacht lost it’s engine level with blockhouse just as Mont St Michel was entering the harbour. Luckily we were in the area and managed to tow the yacht from the middle of the channel and got it out of the way safely and back alongside in Gosport.
This small boat was right off the NCI tower when he ran out of fuel just as HMS Scott was coming through the harbour entrance. We were in the right place at the right time 😀
Always good to see our friends @QHMVHP out there - patrolling, advising, rescuing, neatly keeping smaller stuff in the small boat channel for when the big stuff is on the move. Nice one guys & a job well done.

Busy day on the water today. Jet skis causing mayhem again but they were very polite at least. I just wish they would read what they can and cannot do and then do it safely rather than be dangerous like the currently are.

Well done to the crew and air wing in QUEEN ELIZABETH after a highly successful period at sea. Superb to see 617 Squadron working the deck with noise and style. Another important step toward our first Joint operational deployment next year. @RAF_Marham @LightningFHQ @HMSQNLZ
Not our normal view but today we have been Patrolling up and down between Eastney and Southsea to try and keep the jet skis away from those swimming off the beach.
