Build system analysis: -Using moves from the build menu (L2) spends meter. Unlike drive/formchanges, no passive depletion. -Landing build attacks will fill the yellow gauge above the health bar, as do basic attacks. -Reaction commands don't expend or fill the build/yellow gauges
