Working families need School Boards to step up and protect & empower educators, students, and communities!
It's time for this to come to an END. Threatening violence in today's climate within the classroom... is NEVER acceptable. Now, he tries to cover up by retaliation. Your educators deserve better.

We refuse to be swayed by their attempts to create chaos. Instead, we want to concentrate on celebrating our achievements and the articles tentatively agreed upon during negotiations. We urge PWEA members and all VEA members in VA to unite against Fedderman’s harmful actions.

However, James Fedderman continues to spread misinformation about the members of PWEA. Over a year ago, a letter highlighted ongoing corruption and aggression by VEA Leadership against PWEA. Due to their actions, we cannot trust that VEA has our members’ interests in mind.

PWEA calls on the Prince William County School Board to follow the rules they wrote and voted on within their Resolution. We ask that the School Board have their team come to the table next week with renewed good faith and respect for all educators across the division.
Remaining informed is a very important component to obtain understanding.
