Those individuals and competitors that try and damage our reputation simply dont want us to succeed.

For the real customers, please open your eyes and use common sense.

if you really purchased from us and you “claim” you did not get a refund, show us the proof!!!

Granted our reputation is damaged on Twitter, and we are “not legit” but to all of you Twitter accts..

For those of you that have an issue with us, contact us directly customer service or email and your concerns will be addressed.

Why would someone scamming people give out refunds at all?

Why would someone scamming people still have a customer service number to be reached at?

Do you think I would rather damage my own reputation and not fulfill orders?

There is no guarantee how many pairs I will get for early releases. Nobody can guarantee unless its only a small amount.

For the 20 pairs I couldn't get, I refund the customer’s order that became unavailable due to the uncertainty of the early release industry.

For example, my supplier tells me we will get 100 pairs, I pre order 80, but actually I get 60.

Here is why some orders were not fulfilled:

Before the style is even uploaded to the online store, and before pre orders are taken, each style is pre-ordered by us from our suppliers.

7. I DID NOT SCAM PEOPLE because I could have used fakes to fulfill my orders like other sites do. I decided to refund.
