Holy crap I had to look this up to see how long ago I started this project. I just finished the crawlspace stuff today, a year later. I thought it would be 3 months. 😂 I still need to rebuild the floor and do drywall yet. I did save myself about $18k tho so I guess that's good.

Gotta love home ownership. Had some weak floorboards in my son's room so I pulled it up and discovered $20000 more work that needs to be done (if I hire a contractor to do it all.) If you need me, I'll be in the crawlspace for the next few months. 😂😭😭
