🍄 HRT Journey ✨ DOCUMENTING VOICE CHANGES 🌿
I’ll be continuing to record these every month so I can look back and actually hear the changes over time~
I STILL don’t think I sound different when I hear myself normally; I have to go back and watch these updates to actually convince myself that my voice has changed
It’s such a weird experience hearing my voice and it slowly become more me~ 💚

🍄 HRT Journey ✨ 3 MONTHS UPDATE!
THREE MONTHS ON TESTOSTERONE! 💚
Things I've noticed so far:
~ MY VOICE IS FINALLY DROPPING!!! It's happening slowly, but I can definitely tell there's a difference! My throat has also been sore and scratchy pretty much all the time
~ More motivation to workout and be active! I can successfully do pushups and have removed 3 resistant bands from my assisted pull-ups. I don't think that's strength from the T, more so just consistent strength exercising
~ THE URGE TO BECOME SPIDERMAN (ok so more so just a hyperfixation on the movies and games)🕷️🕸️ I CANNOT EXPLAIN THIS ONE, BUT I KNOW IT'S THE T
~ Still hair growth. Mostly on my tummy and legs
~ No noticeable body changes so far, though I also don't check very often because looking in a mirror isn't my favorite thing
~ FEELING EUPHORIC! It's hard to explain, but I've just been feeling really good about things lately, and I'm trying to enjoy it!
✨ Today's thoughts:
I had my 3-month checkup today! My doctor said I could increase to the standard dose, and they tested my testosterone levels
Before starting T, my levels were around 26 and today they were sitting around 664!
THAT NUMBER IS SO MUCH HIGHER THAN I EXPECTED? It's within the normal range for my dose and how long I've been on T, but seeing the number go from 26 to 664 is WILD. I wasn't expecting it to be that high!
My voice is finally starting to drop, I'm feeling more euphoric, and I'm SO EXCITED FOR NEXT YEAR~ I GET TOP SURGERY AHHH! I'm trying to be patient, but I AM SO READY
Three months ago, I was worrying about whether anything was even happening, and now I'm starting to notice changes and feeling more comfortable in myself! 💚

🍄 HRT Journey ✨ 2 and a half months update!!!
I HAVE THE EXACT DAY FOR WHEN I'M GETTING TOP SURGERY AHHHHHH ‼️
Originally, the hope was to get surgery THIS YEAR, but insurance is stinky smelly and to make sure some of it is covered, it'll have to wait until next year.
BUT I HAVE A DATE TO LOOK FORWARD TO NOW!!!
🍄 THIS TRUFFLE WILL BE GETTING TOP SURGERY JULY 12TH, 2027!!! 🍄
That's almost EXACTLY one year after I started testosterone, which is absolutely INSANE. I finally have a date on the calendar and I am SO EXCITED. ✨
As for the ~2 and a half months T update:
~ Still no noticeable voice changes. I CRY SO PROFUSELY
~ Sweatyyyy
~ Lots of new hair growth, mostly on my tummy and legs!
~ I've been breaking out QUITE badly this week, which I expected from T but still… RAH 💀
BUT ALAS AT LEAST THESE ARE SIGNS THAT IT'S WORKING!!! 🎉
The changes are still happening pretty slowly for me, but I'm honestly just excited to be noticing more little things as time goes on and now I have TOP SURGERY to look forward to!!! YIPPIEE 💚
