Building Digitally Secure Organisations in Sebei! 🔐 Over the past three days, Defenders Protection Initiative (DPI), through the DDISA-supported Safe Organisations Project, has been working with four civil society organisations in Sebei to strengthen their digital security and organisational resilience. At the heart of this pilot is DPI’s newly developed Digital Security Self-Assessment Tool, a free resource designed to help human rights defenders, journalists, activists, land and environmental defenders, and civil society organisations understand and improve their digital security. The pilot brought together: @Sabinytrans @Bucodiuganda @Kacsoa_ @JoshChepFound Using the tool, participating organisations were able to identify their digital security gaps, assess their performance across 10 security domains, and prioritise practical actions to strengthen their protection. Digital security is not just about having the right tools. It is about understanding risks, addressing vulnerabilities, and building a culture of security within organisations. At DPI, we believe that safer organisations create stronger, more resilient civic spaces. #DigitalSecurity #SafeOrganisations #DPI #CyberResilience #CivilSociety #DigitalRights #Sebei
