Binding commitments have been secured for a A$10 million strategic placement at a 29% premium to Kalamazoo's last closing price. Muqasab SPV Holdings, an Abu Dhabi Global Market company backed by a Saudi-led group of Gulf and international private investors will invest $7.84 million and become a strategic 9.9% shareholder. Existing cornerstone shareholder YT International will invest a further A$2.16 million, increasing its holding to 8.5%. Following our successful 2026 drilling program at Mt Olympus, the funding will advance resource-growth drilling, completion of the Pre-Feasibility Study and early feasibility activities. It will also accelerate evaluation of Xanadu as a potential second Ashburton development opportunity. Executive Chairman Luke Reinehr said, “This is a landmark investment for Kalamazoo.
