Liquidity is stuck. Rates are higher. Most people read that as the end of the #crypto cycle.
@RaoulGMI reads it completely differently:
"This is not a cycle. This is a mid-cycle correction. And it's like an elongated version of what happened in 2020."
His reasoning: the last rally never even got to one standard deviation overbought versus the trend, and we never had a real down cycle in liquidity. It just went flat for a while.

Nearly 3 MILLION people, roughly 60% of the countryโs adult population, suddenly lost access to their bank accounts.
Ueno Bank collapsed overnight. Accounts frozen. Cards useless. Savings inaccessible.
And hereโs where it gets even worse.
The bank was managing around $850 MILLION in public funds, including $380 MILLION linked to pensions and healthcare. Even the countryโs president previously had financial ties to the group controlling the bank.
Millions of ordinary people are now depending on government guarantees to access THEIR OWN MONEY.

๐จ PARAGUAY ๐ต๐พ RIOTS IN THE STREETS AFTER 3 MILLION PEOPLE GOT LOCKED OUT OF THEIR OWN MONEY
The central bank shut down Ueno Bank, one of the biggest banks in the country.
3 million customers. About 60% of all adults in Paraguay.
Salaries. Pensions. Savings. FROZEN.
No app. No cards. No ATMs.
Even $380 million of the state pension fund is stuck inside.
Covid locked people inside their homes. This locked them out of their own money.
Then it turned POLITICAL.
President Santiago Peรฑa, the right-wing friend of Milei and Kast, was a SHAREHOLDER in Ueno's holding company until 2025.
And the man he picked to run the central bank in 2023 used to run Ueno.
Within 24 hours:
โข the central bank chief signed his resignation after Peรฑa asked for it
โข Ueno's CEO handed himself in to police, 5 more executives DETAINED
โข crowds in central Asunciรณn demanding Peรฑa's exit
โข the opposition pushing to impeach him
The last time Paraguay's banks broke, in 1995, more than half of them went down.
