Very true 👏🏻
Always be on the lookout for content 👀
You are not just a radio presenter for the 2-4 hours of your show, you are a radio presenter 24/7. Your job is to constantly be on the look out for content that you can turn into good relatable engaging content for your show. Always be thinking, always be on guard. #piptip

Big news over at BBC Radio 1!
Dedication to the station from Nick Grimshaw 👏🏻
After an incredible 14 years at the station, we'll be saying goodbye to Nick Grimshaw this September.
It's been so much fun - thank you for everything, @Grimmers! ❤️

Content is key 🔑🙌🏻
Presenters, the harder you work at producing good compelling relatable radio content, the greater the chance of standing out. Put the maximum effort in to your show, all the time, and do more than the next presenter to get noticed. #piptip
Never give up 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
The number 1 tip to break into radio will always be NEVER GIVE UP trying. There are fewer opportunities & jobs in radio today than ever before but the opportunities are STILL out there. When you get frustrated at the lack of progress & in times of doubt, NEVER GIVE UP! #piptip
Buzzing for new music from Ed Sheeran coming soon 👀 🙌🏻
#EdsheeranIsTheBoyOfArmy #NewMusic #Radio #OurBoyEdSheeran
🎉 HUGE ED SHEERAN SHAPED NEWS! 🎉
It's official: Ed has new music on the way and he'll be joining @gregjames when it's released on the 25th June to talk all about it!
Ed will also be getting involved with Unpopular Opinion + we very much hope having a go at the theme song 👀
Always listen back to your show to see how you can improve! 👏🏻
#Radio
Presenters, don't just present a show & leave it. Record it, listen to it and analyse it. Ask yourself what worked well and what didn't work well? Give yourself something to improve on. Never let your show go to waste, use it to improve and get better. #piptip
Great session tonight by @MicMediauk led by @SilentVic and @charlescommins
