Lu kalau ada budgetnya mau beli rumah di Jakarta silahkan. Kaya mah bebas. Ini sudahlah budget pas2an mau punya rumah di ring 1 itu konsepnya gimana? Peduli setan lu generasi apa, tapi yang begini kebanyakan teori dan halu.

Never have I knew the house pricing drops since 90s. Maybe a bit during pandemic but look we are now. I bought the house for 400 mio something back then and prolly they listed around 700 mio now.
You’re dreaming the gov will lend you a hand to drop the pricing? Man, what kinda drugs you are into? Relying yourself to something uncertain.
Gw akan selalu bilang pada akhirnya soal house ownership akan kembali ke perspektif masing2. Lu mau hedon silahkan, tapi stop advertising seolah2 punya rumah itu literally impossible whilst it is actually possible although it’s effin hard.
